Voice Lessons
I believe in finding YOUR voice and artistry!
My teaching focus is helping students achieve their singing goals through exploration and basic understanding of how their physical instrument works, allowing them to discover freedom and flexibility. We also work on performance skills including text analysis, character development, and physical expression.
As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), I provide my students classic vocal technique training that is natural and comfortable, allowing them to sing any style they wish.
My students regularly participate and place in regional and national competitions, including Solo & Ensemble, All-State Choir, and NATS, in classical and musical theater categories. Many also perform in ensemble and lead roles in high school and local area musical theater productions. The Studio organizes one to two recitals each year as well.
Rates: $60/hour, pro-rated for 30 and 45 minute sessions - weekly students are charged monthly tuition totaling 4 lessons at a time. Additional charges may include learning resources, entry fees, or accompanist fees for events. If costs are prohibitive, please reach out to me, as other options may be available!
Location: in person lessons in Midland, MI - if virtual lessons are of interest, please contact me.
